Pilates Education Lab prides itself in offering 108 hours lecture time during the year of training, which can be repeated for FREE by our trainees the next time the training is offered. As a PEL trainee, you are really receiving 216 hours of hands-on mentorship aside from private and group instruction and observed performance and observed teaching.

Fridays-Sundays 9:30 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm- 4:30 pm
Completion of the full Pilates Teacher Training Program requires attendance at all 6 weekend workshops
(18 hours each) as well as completion of all required hours.
