Studio Policies

Advance registration is required

Register in advance of your lesson or class (either online through our scheduling program or by speaking with someone directly). We run classes that have at least 2 people signed up 24 hours before class. Classes with less than 2 people enrolled 24 hours prior, will be canceled. If you’ve signed up and class is canceled, you will be given the option of taking a private lesson at a sizable discount. Dropping in, which does not guarantee a spot, is possible if there are already 2 people enrolled. Please always check the online schedule for the most updated class schedule and to make sure the class is running and that there is a space available.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your time is reserved exclusively for you. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy that applies to all classes, duets and private lessons. If you do not cancel a minimum of 24 hours before your session, you will be charged for the full price. This policy applies for any reason, including illness.

Before/After your session

To minimize congestion while transitioning between clients, we ask that you please wait in your car or outside if you arrive early. Please do not wait in the Ultimate Fitness Gym and do not sit on or use their equipment while you wait (including treadmills, cycles, etc.). We ask that you avoid chatting before or after the lesson or class so as not to disrupt others in progress.

Clean Up

We ask that you please wipe down everything used or touched throughout your lesson. f transitioning from one apparatus or prop to another, please wipe down immediately after use so others in the studio can safely use it.

Discounted Packages

Discounted Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are an incentive to encourage a more consistent practice and as such, they expire 3 months after purchase.

Cell Phones

Please turn your cell phone to vibrate or off so as not to disturb other sessions. If there is an important call you are waiting for and must take, please inform your teacher in advance of the class or lesson.

50 Minute Lessons

Your lesson will end with 10 minutes to spare to allow for clean-up, future scheduling and/or payment. Please help us make this transition time efficient for the safety of all in the studio.

We need proof of vaccination

If you are fully vaccinated and prefer not to wear a mask, we require proof of vaccination. You may show your teacher prior to unmasking or email us a copy at . You will only be required to show us once.

We need proof of full COVID-19 vaccination prior to in-person services.

While the mask mandates may change based on the COVID numbers and county and state mandates, we do require that all clients are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We are following the CDC definition of what it means to be fully vaccinated, which is currently: 2 shots of the Moderna or Phizer vaccine or 1 shot of the Johnson and Johnson. Booster shots are highly recommended, but not yet required to attend in person services. Prior to your first in-person services with us, please email a copy of proof of vaccination to . You will only be required to show us once.

Masks required

As we consider ourselves more of a healthcare setting than a gym, we are still requiring masks to be worn at all times in the studio. We will update this policy as we feel it is appropriate while protecting the safety and well being of our customers.

Grippy Socks required

Since updating our COVID protocols, we have decided to continue to require grippy socks to be worn during your lesson or class. These help us ensure a sanitary environment and the treads assist you in safely connecting to your apparatus. We have a large selection to choose from at the studio for both men and women.
